Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Booking details. Your name, email address and mobile number, with the outlet, date, time slot and number of pax you book.
• Payment details. You enter your card or PayNow details directly with Stripe, so they never reach our servers. We keep the payment reference, amount and status.
• Messages. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your number or address and whatever you tell us.
• Site usage. The pages you visit, clicks on our WhatsApp and phone links, your device and browser type, your IP address and cookie identifiers.

How we use it

• To hold your seats, take your payment and confirm your booking.
• To seat and serve you, and to contact you about your booking.
• To answer questions, handle complaints and process any refund that is due.
• To detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the site.
• To see how the site is used and improve it, and to measure how our advertising performs.
• To help our ads on Facebook and Instagram reach people likely to be interested in them.
• To keep the records we need for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

We will not use your booking details to send you marketing unless you agree to it first.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is needed to run this site and serve you:

• Stripe processes payments, helps prevent fraud and sends payment receipts.
• Global Fine Arts Pte. Ltd. holds the Stripe account that online payments go through, so it can see the payment and booking details attached to them.
• Google provides Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads measurement, and the fonts used on this site.
• Hetzner hosts this website and our booking records.
• Our email provider delivers booking confirmations to you and booking details to our outlets.
• Wonkrew, our web and marketing agency, maintains this site and its analytics.
• Meta operates WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there, and provides our Facebook and Instagram advertising tools. Its Pixel records visits and actions on this site. When you start or complete a booking, we send Meta your name, email address and mobile number in hashed (scrambled) form, with your IP address, browser details, Meta cookie identifiers and the booking value, so it can match the action to a Meta account and measure our ads.
• Authorities and advisers, where the law requires it or we need to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside Singapore

Some of these providers store or process data outside Singapore. When that happens, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to serve you, resolve any dispute and meet accounting and tax rules. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

How we protect it

The site uses HTTPS, access to booking records is restricted, and we never store card details. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, use or loss.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can ask our Data Protection Officer to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• stop using your data where you withdraw consent, although we may then be unable to provide some services;
• delete or anonymise your data, unless we must keep it by law.
