These terms apply when you use annapoorna.com or book the Deepavali Mega Tiffin on it with Annapoorna ("we", "us"). By paying for a booking, you agree to them.
Your booking
- Each booking is for one outlet, date and 30-minute arrival slot, for the number of pax you choose.
- Your seats are confirmed only once your payment succeeds. We then show your booking reference on screen and email you a confirmation and a payment receipt.
- Please give a correct name, email address and mobile number, and keep your booking reference to show at the outlet.
- Seats are limited in every slot, and we hold them for a short time while you pay. If that time runs out, you will need to book again.
Price and payment
- The price is $8.90 per pax in Singapore dollars. This includes all taxes, service charges and fees, whichever payment method you use.
- You pay in full when you book.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and collected by Global Fine Arts Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202600073M), 11 St Anne's Wood, Singapore 545261. That company's name or Stripe's may appear on your statement or payment app.
No cancellations
Bookings are final and cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded, including if you arrive late or do not come. Our Refund Policy explains this and the limited cases where we do refund you.
Food and dietary needs
The Mega Tiffin is served as listed on the booking page. Some items contain onion, and our kitchens handle common allergens. Please check the items before you book, and speak to our staff if you have an allergy or dietary need.
At the outlet
Please arrive at the start of your slot. If you arrive late, we will try to seat you but cannot promise a table. We may refuse service to anyone who behaves in an unsafe, unlawful or disruptive way, without a refund.
Changes from our side
If we have to cancel your booking or cannot serve you, we will contact you using the details you gave us and refund what you paid. Small changes to timing or how the plate is presented do not entitle you to a refund.
Using this site
We try to keep the menus, prices and opening hours on this site accurate, but they can change and errors can happen. The content and images belong to Annapoorna or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
